Hiring LATAM (or well, hiring.lat), was born out of a need to have more transparent job listings for people that are from Latin America (Latinoamerica!). A lot of times, companies and jobseekers alike, tend to underestimate and gloss over the talent that comes from places such as Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and many other countries, or just see the region as a place to do short term offshoring/near shoring operations, while sacrificing the potential to form long term, professional relationships with the jobseekers from. At hiring.lat, we believe that the Latino jobseeker community should have a safe-space to browse awesome job listings which include relocation or remote work opportunities under companies that are looking to build distributed teams; We believe in the power of visibility and our mission is two-fold: To raise awareness in the employers market about the potential LATAM offers, and, to offer a centralized platform for Latino job seekers to browse employment opportunities exclusively for them.
