About

Mavic AI is for marketing teams and agencies producing content for more than one brand and losing consistency in the process.

If that is you, the pattern is familiar. Every new freelancer, junior or AI tool has to be briefed again, and each re-brief loses a little of the brand. By the tenth asset the voice has drifted, the palette is off and the logo is in the wrong place, so somebody senior spends the week correcting work instead of doing their own.

Mavic AI starts from the brand rather than the task. Point it at your website and it builds a Brand DNA: brand personality, positioning, writing styles per platform, colour and font rules, logo governance, customer profiles, your product catalogue and a list of words you never want to see. That DNA is read on every generation, so consistency is the default rather than something a reviewer has to enforce.

It also replaces a stack. Instead of paying for and switching between a content tool, a design app, a scheduler and an analytics dashboard, all of it sits in one workspace working from the same brand rules.

What you do with it day to day:

Plan a month of content on a calendar showing ideas, drafts, scheduled and published side by side.

Create posts, carousels, ads, product photography, lifestyle imagery and short video from a plain language brief.

Write blogs, press releases, email and campaign plans, not only social captions.

Schedule and publish to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky and YouTube, with captions edited per channel.

Run pre-built workflows for the campaigns you repeat, such as product launches, seasonal pushes and content series, and set recurring tasks for the work that comes round every week.

See what actually ran, using real data pulled from your connected channels.

Two things make the output usable rather than merely fast. Marketing craft is built in, so aspect ratios are correct per platform, logo clear space and sizing follow rules, carousels have structure and hashtag counts match the channel. And you are not locked to one AI model. Mavic runs a lineup across text, image and video, labelled Standard or Premium, so you pick the right one for the job.

Each brand gets its own workspace and its own Brand DNA. Agencies run client accounts without a separate tool stack per client. Regional and global teams hold one brand steady across markets, which is how DKSH uses it across 25 of them. Redington, INSEAD and Special Olympics Asia Pacific run on it too. Roles go from Owner through Admin, Editor and Viewer, and billing sits at team level, so adding a brand does not mean adding a subscription.

What it does not do, so you can compare honestly: it is not a CRM or a sales pipeline tool, it does not promise leads or guaranteed reach, and it does not publish on its own. Approval gates sit on strategy, calendar, theme and batch. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Getting started and support: a brand takes about two hours to set up properly, and the guided flow walks you through it. Support runs through in-app chat, email and a full help centre, with live online training and documentation. Plans start at $49 a month, with pay as you go credits and a free plan, so you can build a brand and look at the output before you decide.
