About
Problem:
There's no shortage of platforms trying to help you get feedback from users. Chances are that you've even tested a few. The form and quality of the feedback leaves a lot to be desired ."Looks good" or "nice homepage" in a text box doesn't really help you improve. We know you dread the negative feedback but you'd appreciate it more.
There's so much we can do with the feedback data.
Number of people willing to provide the feedback, the range/perspectives of feedback providers and the time it might take you to get reasonable feedback is not encouraging
Solution: we've built TestReveal.ai to help you see and hear users use your products. It provide a better experience that helps you contextualize the feedback beyond what just a textbox or heat-map can represent. It's currently connected to a network of ~100k reviewers/users. Beyond that it aggregates positive highlights/insights from all the feedback you get and uses that to generate marketing/sales video using an inbuilt video studio. The point is to have users sell you with the insights they provide in their feedback that you might not even know they love about your product. Now to negative feedback which is equally as critical, it syncs it back to your IDE via a custom MCP so you do not even have to check the platform itself to know what the negative feedback is.
We have just launched the product in the beta stage and are onboarding builders and product owners
