ExtraDock gives you unlimited custom docks. Create "Development dock" with your IDE, Git, and terminal. Add a "Design dock" with all your creative apps. Put a "Folder dock" for quick access to files. Each dock is independent with different apps, colors, widgets, size, behavior and other customization options.
ExtraDock was acquired from Frank - it's original developer, by the team that created DockFlow. Frank was very honest and clear about the fact the app was vibe coded, and development wasn't his passion. It started as a personal project and quickly gained a lot of love from the community. He reached out to us, owners of another Dock app he loved - looking for a successor that would care about his users and project.
After ExtraDock was acquired, it was completely rebuilt from the ground up, the entire codebase has been refactored to high quality, and efficient code. The entire process was communicated clearly to all existing and new users, and the feedback was amazing.
