About

I deleted every budgeting app on my phone. YNAB felt like a part-time job. Mint wanted access to my bank accounts. Others were either too complex or too basic.

So I built Vaultam.

It's a stupidly simple budget tracker that works offline. No accounts to create. No bank to link. No data leaving your device. Just open the app and start tracking.

What makes it different:

  • Privacy-first: Your financial data never touches a server. No sign-ups, no cloud sync, no tracking. Everything stays on your device.

  • AI that actually helps: Scan receipts and transactions get logged automatically. Import bank statements (PDF, CSV, images) with smart categorization. Ask the AI advisor anything about your spending.

  • Smart budgets without the spreadsheet energy: Set your income, get an automatic 50/30/20 budget (Needs/Wants/Savings). Adjust if you want, or just roll with it.

  • Multi-currency support: Track expenses in different currencies with automatic conversion. Perfect if you travel or manage money across borders.

  • The basics, done right: Savings goals with progress tracking, bill reminders, lending/borrowing tracker for money between friends.

Free to use. AI features available through credits or Pro ($3.99/month).

I built this for people like me who wanted clarity without complexity. If budgeting apps have failed you before, give Vaultam a shot.
