After years of using various tunneling tools, I always felt something was missing, either the UX was clunky, or the "free tier" felt like a trap.
I decided to build Portex to solve my own itch: a tool that is beautiful by default and powerful when you need it. My personal favorite feature? The PIN protection. It saves me so much anxiety when sharing a dev link publicly or with clients, knowing random bots won't be scanning my local environment.
